Assessment

Understanding the needs of your organization is critical in the success of any CRM implementation. Intricity takes a proactive approach of trying to understand your user groups and how their daily tasks can be improved with a CRM system. We find the best way to do this is to interview the users and learn about how they conduct their daily tasks today.

Solution Design

Once the requirements have been gathered and agreed to, Intricity will design a solution architecture that will not only fulfill the requirements but allow your organization to grow without running into roadblocks. A CRM implementation is always changing based on the needs of the users, and Intricity understands how important a solution architecture is to allow it to grow!

Implementation

Intricity follows an AGILE approach when implementing your CRM. We will work with you and your stakeholders at every step of the implementation process to make sure all requirements are being met and all functionality is working properly. Every one of the tasks for implementing your CRM are managed through our Project Management tool. Intricity gives you access to follow and manage these tasks within our tool so you are kept engaged during the implementation.
