Intricity is a pioneer in BI integration for SAP.  Intricity's consultants were among the first to deploy Business Objects in SAP environments, and have been doing so since long before SAP acquired Business Objects.

Good News

In January of 2008 SAP announced the completion of their acquisition of Business Objects.  For SAP users this meant that they finally have a best of breed Business Intelligence platform that was hetergeneous in nature and could thus accomodate legacy data, with a commitment to deep integration and full support from SAP.  Shortly following the acquisition SAP announced a roadmap for BI which marked an end of life for BEx reporting tools, and based SAP's approach largely on the Business Objects platform.
